My first tribute is to Zack Fair of Crisis Core. He sadly died to protect his friend and bravely fought off a whole army until he met his end.
Right from the very beginning, it’s impossible not to get attached to this nice, upbeat guy. Unlike a lot of the others in SOLDIER he doesn’t fight for money or power, he fights against injustice and always stands up for what he believes. Even in his last moments of life, he’s smiling.
Here, however, is his final battle. And he knows he won’t come out alive.
As you can tell I really got attached to him…
